About us

Created in October 2020, 3Deus Dynamics is a startup that aims to push the limits of 3D printing thanks to its additive manufacturing process in a granular environment called "Dynamic Molding". This breakthrough innovation, hybrid between 3D printing and injection/molding, allows to process all injectable materials available on the market without chemical reformulation, without support structure and without geometry limit. In addition, by using a granular medium with specific properties, Dynamic Molding allows to manufacture composite materials and therefore to provide functional properties to the final object.

The Dynamic Molding process

Dynamic Molding is a radical new concept of additive manufacturing by material deposition. The fluid will be deposited by a micro-doser, itself immersed in a granular medium which then forms a dynamic mold which supports the material during printing. It is at this stage that dynamic molding differs from other technologies thanks to the physical properties of the powder used which will: support the 3D object throughout the manufacturing phase and self-repair after each movement of the micro-doser. The process therefore makes it possible to avoid the collapse of the print inherent in flexible materials by overcoming gravity. The granular medium is 100% reusable.

3DEUS Start

The 3Deus Start offer is a feasibility study offer that allows the customer to have a first feedback on the compatibility between the 3D file to be printed and the dynamic molding process. In this offer, we go to the first prototype and then, if no further technical development is necessary, the customer can be directed to the 3Deus Print offer. If developments are necessary, they can be carried out within the framework of the 3Deus Innov offer.

3DEUS Print

Short term: This second activity is a service offer in the form of a multi-market print-on-demand platform. We offer to our customers the production of prototypes up to the production of small or medium series. If a client decides to switch to mass production, internalization in its production premises will be possible by signing a license agreement and instrument rental.

Medium Term: Following the development of the company, a manufacturing platform dedicated to medical applications will be set up with production in ISO 13485 certified premises.

3DEUS Innov

As our manufacturing process is compatible with a wide range of materials and powders, our third value proposition will be a co-development offer for innovative products. This offer may include a material component with the use of innovative powders, new materials and/or a design/design optimization component made possible by our process.

Dynamic Molding is a breakthrough innovation for manufacturing applications as well as in high value-added fields where composites are the new standard.

Health

Dynamic Molding makes it possible to meet the regulatory and quality requirements of the health sector. Production of custom-made devices, manufacturing of complex devices, use of medical grade materials. The production of devices in the medical field is part of a production chain that includes different stages. These steps include the acquisition of medical imaging (CT-scan, MRI, ultra sound) which will be segmented to design the device in 3D and thus obtain a digital STL file. This digital file will be used directly by the 3D printer software to obtain the final 3D part.
